Personalized workouts
A plan built around your week.
Trainer lays out a 4-week block around your goal, equipment, and training days. Miss a day and nothing is lost: your next session moves to your next training day, in order.

Exercise guides
See every move before you lift.
Every exercise shows the prescribed sets, reps, and rest, an animated demo, and a written guide with set-up and movement cues.

Progress tracking
Watch your lifts go up.
Sessions completed, your 7-day weight average, and your top lift over 4 weeks or 3 months, with a goal line on the weight chart.

Nutrition & macros
Know what's left to eat.
Calories and macros left for the day at a glance. Add food by photo, description, barcode, or search.

Meal photos
Log meals with a photo.
Snap your plate and Trainer estimates calories and macros. You review and edit every item first, and nothing is logged until you confirm.

Swaps
Hate a move? Swap it.
Replace an exercise for today only, or never recommend it again. Replacements match the movement and the equipment you have.
Questions, answered
How much does Trainer cost?
Pricing, currency, and any trial are shown on the App Store or Google Play listing before you subscribe to anything.
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
No. Trainer builds your plan around whatever you tell it you have: a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight.
Does Trainer replace a doctor, physical therapist, or dietitian?
No. Trainer is a fitness and nutrition tool, not medical advice. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or prevent injury or illness. For a medical concern, injury, or condition, talk to a qualified professional.
What does Trainer actually track?
Workouts, sets and reps, food and macros, and your progress over time. Food-photo estimates are always shown for you to review and confirm before anything is logged.
Is my data used for advertising?
No. We don't use your health, fitness, or food data for advertising or sell it to data brokers. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
