Contact

[email protected]

For account, billing, or bug reports, this is the fastest way to reach us.

What to include

When contacting us, include the app version, device/OS, a description of what happened, and the steps that reproduce it. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, HealthKit screenshots, or sensitive health information unless specifically requested through a secure process.

Response times

We classify reports as:

• Critical: data loss, an unsafe recommendation, account compromise, or a purchase/access failure affecting many users.
• High: a core flow is blocked for a user, or a completed record cannot be recovered.
• Normal: a non-critical feature is incorrect or confusing.
• Low: a cosmetic or wording issue.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and provide updates for critical issues as soon as practical. This is a service target, not a guarantee.
